Is the Tan Pass valid for home appointments?
No, the Tan Pass is for studio appointments in Kings Langley only. This keeps it simple and means your appointments are never affected by home appointment availability.
How long do I have to use my 4 tans?
Your pass is valid for 4 months from the date you purchase it, plenty of time for a regular maintenance rhythm without feeling rushed.
Can I share my pass with a friend or family member?
The Tan Pass is for personal use only and isn't transferable between people, it's priced and designed as an individual loyalty pass.
How do I pay?
Payment is taken upfront when you purchase your pass, by card or bank transfer, get in touch and I'll walk you through it.
What happens if I don't use all 4 tans in time?
I'd always rather you get full use of your pass, so I'll do my best to check in and help you get your appointments booked in before it expires.
